A couple new announcements this week:

1. May is set aside for collection for our general fund
2. Plans are underway for our Vacation Bible School the week of July 16th-July 21st. Please hold these dates on your calendar for midweek activities with details to be determined. Of note, we are expecting six sisters from various congregations to be spending the week here to support our Church. Please be prayerful for the preparations of schedules, materials, and both the children's and teachers' hearts. More details to come as they're finalized. 
3. From Gateway Woods: As we anticipate the retirement of our current Executive Director in about a year, the Gateway Woods board of directors is beginning its search to fill this position. We ask you to join us as we pray that God would call the right person to lead this Apostolic Christian ministry that provides hope and healing to hurting children and families. If you know someone who might be a good candidate, or if you feel that God may be calling you, please see the attachment for more information.
